Ljubljana BTC

In the BTC business zone in Ljubljana we are renting out bright and functional offices on the 2nd floor of a commercial building, suitable for office, service or creative activities.

Offices are available in several different sizes, with the option of renting a single office, several offices together, or coworking desks.

The published photographs show the real condition of the premises. On handover the offices will be emptied, cleaned and, if necessary, repainted, depending on the type of space and intended use. The premises will be tidy and ready for the tenant.

The tenant takes over payment of part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the broker: carrying out the handover of the property and drawing up the handover record, assisting with the transfer of subscriptions, and preparing and storing image material, in line with the price list set out in the agency’s general terms and conditions of business, so that, for the advertised rent and lease term, the tenant pays a one-off amount for additional services equal to one month’s rent.
